Systematic review analytics platform covering 850+ publications and 706 disease conditions across 2.17M patients in 169 countries. AI-assisted data extraction (0.91 avg. confidence score) feeds a Power BI dashboard where researchers can explore evidence quality, study design, and geographic spread in one place.
Challenge
Systematic reviews produce dense, structured literature data that usually ends up in spreadsheets or static reports. The team needed a live, filterable view — and the publication base kept growing, so manual updates weren't an option.
Solution
AWS pipeline for automated ingestion from literature databases, with NLP extraction handling structured field parsing. Power BI layers on top: evidence quality scoring (High/Med/Low), geographic maps, study design breakdowns (RCT, cohort, etc.), and DOI drill-down tables for individual publications.
